Choosing your size
Check the size options on the individual product page. Sizing can vary between brands and styles, and UK, US and EU labels are not interchangeable.
If a size is shown without a sizing system, or you are unsure about the fit, contact us before ordering. Include the product link and the size you normally wear, including whether it is UK, US or EU.
Checking product details
Review the product photos, description and selected colour or size before adding an item to your cart. For measurements or details not listed on the page, email archivedistrict1@gmail.com.
Help with an order
Contact us using the email address you used at checkout and include your order number and a description of the issue. Please do not send card details or passwords.
Ordering and delivery
We order items from our suppliers and use The Courier Guy for delivery. Supplier processing and courier transit are separate stages.
Before placing a time-sensitive order, contact us with the product link, size, colour and delivery area so we can confirm availability and the current delivery estimate.
Returns and exchanges
For questions about delivery to your area, an exchange or a return, get in touch. For an existing order, include your order number so we can locate it.
