Delivery within South Africa
Archive District uses The Courier Guy for deliveries within South Africa. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout for your address. Please review the final order total before paying.
Supplier processing and dispatch
We source items from suppliers. Supplier processing and courier transit are separate stages, so placing an order does not mean the parcel has already been handed to the courier.
Check the product page and checkout for any delivery estimate. If no timeframe is shown, or you need an item for a particular date, contact our team before ordering with the product link, size, colour and delivery area so we can confirm current availability and timing. Any longer delivery period must be agreed with you.
Unless we agree a different period with you, the statutory 30-day order-fulfilment period applies. If we cannot fulfil your order because an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and refund the affected payment within the applicable legal period. Supplier delays do not remove your cancellation or refund rights.
Shipping fees and estimates
The shipping amount and any qualifying free-delivery offer displayed at checkout apply to your order. An express courier option, where offered, does not by itself shorten supplier processing. Contact us before placing an urgent order.
Delivery estimates can be affected by your location, public holidays and courier conditions. If a material delay occurs, we will provide an update and explain the available options. We will not extend an agreed delivery deadline without your agreement or remove a remedy available by law.
Tracking your parcel
When your parcel is dispatched, we will provide tracking details through your order notification or order-status page. A supplier order reference is not courier tracking. If you cannot find your tracking details or an update looks incorrect, email archivedistrict1@gmail.com with your order number.
Delivery details and missed deliveries
Enter a complete street address, postal code and a working contact number at checkout. Contact us immediately if a detail needs correcting. We will help with changes where possible, but a parcel already in transit may need a courier redirection.
If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to arrange the next step. Any reasonable additional courier cost caused by an incorrect address or a missed delivery will be explained and agreed before re-delivery. We do not charge you for an error made by us.
Lost or damaged parcels
Contact archivedistrict1@gmail.com if a parcel is overdue, appears lost or arrives damaged. If safe and practical, keep the packaging and take photos to help the investigation. We will work with the courier and arrange the remedy required for your order; handing a parcel to the courier does not remove our responsibility to you.
Returns
Read our Returns & Refunds Policy for the five-day voluntary return window, statutory online cancellation rights, faulty goods and return courier arrangements.
